No, there is no refund for early returns.

Yes. Any persons under the age of 18 is required to wear helmets in our UTV’s. Over the age of 18 is suggested but not required. 
 
If cell phone service is available, call or text us with details about what happened. Our machines are equipped with GPS trackers that we can use to acquire your location. If damage occurs due to negligence of renter, a retrieval fee of $150 will be charged to renter.
 
Our UTVs will be full at the time of your rental and do not need to be returned filled. This will apply for golf carts as well. Cars will need to be returned with a full tank at renters expense.
 
If cancellation is made 48 hours or less, there will be no refunds. A $50 fee will be charged for UTVs and cars if cancelled prior to 48 hours. A $25 fee will be charged on the golf carts. If for any reason, we cancel your reservation, a full refund will be given. No shows will be charged 100% of the reservation.
